Bakewell Cream Biscuits Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix and sift dry ingredients together.
  3. Add in lowfat milk and mayonaise ; mix.
  4. Turn onto a floured board; knead 5 or possibly 6 times.
  5. Cut with biscuit cutter.
  6. Bake 10 min, then lower the heat to 325 degrees till biscuits are golden brown.
  7. HINT: You can turn off the oven after 10 min; the biscuits will brown.
  8. * If in an area where Bakewell Cream is not available, order by mail
