Banana Fritters In Chocolate Batter And Chocolate Sauce Recipe

  1. Preheat veg.
  2. oil to 180 C
  3. Make the beer batter by mixing together the flour, cocoa pwdr and beer.
  4. Once you have a smooth consistnecy cut the bananas into large finger size chunks and submerge into the batter.
  5. Carefully drop the battered bananas into the oil and fry for 3-4 min.
  6. Meanwhile while the bananas are cooking to make the chocolate sauce simply break the chocolate into pcs and mix with the crema and butter in a microwave container.
  7. Place on high for 2-3 min and stir.
  8. Serve in a suitable bowl ready for the bananas to be dipped into.
  9. Once the bananas are golden and floating in the veg.
  10. oil, simply remove.
  11. Drain and then roll in the caster sugar.
  12. Serve immediately with the hot chocolate sauce.
