Salmon Dip
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 -1 12 teaspoon parsley
- 14 cup light cream or 14 cup half-and-half cream
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes or until ingredients are thorougly blended and mixture is creamy.
- The spread can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
