Seafood In Cheese Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat butter, stir in the flour.
  2. Off the heat add in the lowfat milk and stir to make smooth mix.
  3. Return to heat and cook till smooth and thickened.
  4. Add in all ingredients except one c. of cheese.
  5. Cook over very low heat till cheese is melted.
  6. Turn into greased large, shallow casserole and sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
  7. Chill if you like till serving time.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min till heated through.
  9. Serve over cooked rice.
  10. Serves 12 to 14.
