famous cream corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 2(10 ounce)packages frozen corn kernels thawed
- in a skillet over medium heat, combine corn cream salt sugar pepper and butter
- Wisk together the milk and flour
- stir into corn mixture
- cook stirring over medium heat until thick and corn is cooked through
- Remove from heat stir in Cheese serve hot
