Mango Djarum
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Cognac
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce mango nectar
- Mix the sugar and cloves.
- Moisten half of the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with the clove sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
