JELL-O Mocha Pudding Cake
- 2 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 1 pkg (2-layer) chocolate cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tub (500 mL) Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- DISSOLVE MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee in 1 cup (250 mL) water.
- COMBINE in large bowl 1 package JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding, chocolate cake mix, eggs and oil; add coffee.
- Blend well, then beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- POUR into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) pan.
- Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes.
- Remove cake from pan and cool on rack.
- SPREAD cake with 1 (500 mL) tub thawed COOL WHIP .
- Sprinkle cake with chocolate, grated.
