JELL-O Mocha Pudding Cake

  1. DISSOLVE MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee in 1 cup (250 mL) water.
  2. COMBINE in large bowl 1 package JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding, chocolate cake mix, eggs and oil; add coffee.
  3. Blend well, then beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  4. POUR into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) pan.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove cake from pan and cool on rack.
  8. SPREAD cake with 1 (500 mL) tub thawed COOL WHIP .
  9. Sprinkle cake with chocolate, grated.
