Zippy Clam Linguine

  1. Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil until tender.
  2. Add remaining oil, margarine, tomatoes, hot pepper sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until tomatoes are cooked down; add clams.
  4. Heat thoroughly; pour over pasta.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
