Broiled Sesame Shrimp and Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Rinse frozen shrimp under hot water in a colander for roughly 30 seconds to thaw.
  3. Place shrimp in a bowl along with the bell peppers.
  4. Spoon ground ginger, pepper, salt, tamari soy sauce, red wine vinegar, sesame oil, and marmalade in a small bowl and blend together well with a fork.
  5. Pour over the shrimp and peppers then toss to mix well.
  6. Place in a baking dish then in the oven on the top rack.
  7. Broil for about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Toss with cooked noodles, then garnish with diced green onions and sesame seeds.
