Quinoa Salad 2
- 100 g quinoa
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 12 sweet onion
- 60 g carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 green bell pepper
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons soy flour
- 14 teaspoon garam masala
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- Cook quinoa in stock or water, about 15-20 minute Allow to cool.
- Saute the onion, carrot, and celery until onions are clear.
- Combine all the ingredients and spices and allow flavors to mingle 15 min or more prior to serving.
- Can be served hot or cold and can be made ahead.
