Stuffed baked bells

  1. Cook brown rice first since it takes about 35 mins.
  2. Cut the tops off bell peppers and remove seeds/membranes and save the tops.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cook ground turkeymeat
  5. Add the can of seasoned black beans to ground turkey.
  6. Add 1 cup of brown rice to turkey mixture.
  7. Add the Salsa Verde and cumin.
  8. Combine the mixture.
  9. Spoon the mixture into the bell peppers.
  10. Sprinkle cheese on top, and place the top of the pepper back on.
  11. Bake at 300 for about 30 mins.
  12. The pepper will start to soften and darken.
