Stuffed baked bells
- 1 can seasoned black beans
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 6 each bell peppers
- 1 packages leanest ground turkey
- 1 cup safeway select salsa verde
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 6 pinch mozzarella cheese
- Cook brown rice first since it takes about 35 mins.
- Cut the tops off bell peppers and remove seeds/membranes and save the tops.
- Set aside.
- Cook ground turkeymeat
- Add the can of seasoned black beans to ground turkey.
- Add 1 cup of brown rice to turkey mixture.
- Add the Salsa Verde and cumin.
- Combine the mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into the bell peppers.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, and place the top of the pepper back on.
- Bake at 300 for about 30 mins.
- The pepper will start to soften and darken.
