Pizza topping
- 1 medium pizza crust
- 1 can pizza sauce
- 500 grams chicken breast
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 10 each olives
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cut chicken breast into little chunks.
- Whisk yogurt, spices and all the sauces except pizza sauce in a bowl.
- Add chicken into the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- (it tastes better if you leave for two hours or so).
- Heat oven to 170 C.
- Heat butter in a pan and put refrigerated chicken in it.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Grease a 12" pizza pan (mine was 14" rectangular pan) , line it with flour.
- Lay pizza crust in the pizza pan.
- Spread pizza sauce on it.
- Then add cooked chicken to it
- Sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and olives on top of it.
- Add as much as cheese as you want.
- Let it cook in the oven for 35-40minutes.
- Then take out and serve hot.
