Jell-O Fluff Salad
- 1 (1 ounce) boxjello sugar-free gelatin mix (any flavor, I use strawberry, cherry or lime)
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 24 ounces 1% fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Cool Whip
- in small sauce pan combine pineapple and jell-o and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and combine cottage cheese.
- Put in refrigerator for 2 hours to set up.
- Remove from fridge and add marshmallows, folding gently to combine.
- Add container of cool whip, folding gently to combine.
- Store in fridge until ready to serve.
