BBQ Meatloaf

• 1 14 lbs of extra lean ground turkey
• 1 whole egg
• 3 garlic cloves, pressed
• 12 cup barbecue sauce (any flavor)
• 12 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 small onion, diced

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Add meatloaf mixture and flatten down slightly so that it's spread evenly in pan.
