Baby Reubens Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mash corned beef with a fork till fairly smooth.
  2. Stir in cheese, sauerkraut and mayonnaise, mixing well.
  3. Separate biscuit dough.
  4. Stretch and pat a piece of dough into a 4 inch circle.
  5. Place 1 Tbsp.
  6. corned-beef mix on one side of the circle.
  7. Brush the edges of the circle with egg white.
  8. Fold dough circle over filling, pressing edges to seal.
  9. Crimp edges with a fork.
  10. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  11. Continue with remaining dough and filling.
  12. Just before baking, recrimp edges with a fork to strengthen the seal.
  13. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min, till golden.
  14. Makes 20 large hors d'oeuvres.
