Pasta Seafood Salad

  1. Cook pasta to desired doneness according to directions on package, adding peas during last 2 minutes of cooking time.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, tarragon, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Drain pasta shells and peas; rinse with cold water to cool.
  5. Add cooked pasta shells, peas, eggs and green onions to mayonnaise mixture; mix well.
