Pasta Seafood Salad
- 3 cups uncooked small shell pasta
- 12 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped (can use 2 tsp. dried)
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb baby shrimp, fresh cooked
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, cooked, peeled and chopped
- 12 cup green onion, chopped
- salt and white pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- Cook pasta to desired doneness according to directions on package, adding peas during last 2 minutes of cooking time.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, tarragon, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well.
- Drain pasta shells and peas; rinse with cold water to cool.
- Add cooked pasta shells, peas, eggs and green onions to mayonnaise mixture; mix well.
