Bill'S Lasagne
- 2 lb. lean hamburger
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 large Ricotta cheese
- 3 or 4 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 lb. lasagne
- minced onion (medium)
- Italian seasoning
- Chop onion and cook in pan on low heat.
- Brown hamburger and drain grease.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic to taste. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste to meat and heat until hot.
- In a large bowl add sauce to cottage cheese and Ricotta cheese and shredded Mozzarella.
- Boil lasagna as directed until done.
- Drain in a colander and rinse in cold water.
- In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish, layer lasagne in bottom of dish.
- Cover completely.
- Add sauce, then sliced Mozzarella again, covering completely.
- Repeat until you reach the top of dish.
- Layer top with lasagne.
