Corn and Chicken Tacos
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground chicken
- 1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup chopped red peppers
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1-1/4 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mexicana Cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Cook chicken in large skillet with taco seasoning mix as directed on package for ground beef, adding corn and peppers for the last 5 min.
- Meanwhile, warm taco shells as directed on package.
- Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells; top with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
