Stir Fried Pork and Cabbage with Ketchup and Miso

  1. Cut the pork into bite sized pieces, and season with the A. ingredients.
  2. Cut the green peppers into bite sized pieces.
  3. Cut the cabbage into 3-4 cm squares.
  4. Combine the B. ingredients.
  5. Heat sesame oil in a pan, and stir fry the pork.
  6. When the meat changes color, add the cabbage and peppers.
  7. When the vegetables slightly reduces in volume, add the sauce from Step 3.
  8. It's done when everything is cooked through.
