Stir Fried Pork and Cabbage with Ketchup and Miso
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork rounds
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Grated garlic
- 300 grams Cabbage
- 2 Green bell peppers
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Cut the pork into bite sized pieces, and season with the A. ingredients.
- Cut the green peppers into bite sized pieces.
- Cut the cabbage into 3-4 cm squares.
- Combine the B. ingredients.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, and stir fry the pork.
- When the meat changes color, add the cabbage and peppers.
- When the vegetables slightly reduces in volume, add the sauce from Step 3.
- It's done when everything is cooked through.
