Spring Vegetables au Gratin

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine VELVEETA, milk and seasonings in large microwaveable bowl.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 6 min., stirring after 3 min.
  4. ; set aside.
  5. Combine vegetables in 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Add VELVEETA mixture; toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  8. Bake 40 min.
  9. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
