Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce
- 13 cup cider vinegar
- 34 cup ketchup
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Measure all the ingredients into a small saucepan.
- Heat over a low heat until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce begins to bubble slightly, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and cool completely before refrigerating.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
