Ken's Corn Chowder

  1. Melt butter in bottom of stock pot.
  2. Saute onions and peppers until tender.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Stir.
  5. Add chicken stock and ham hocks.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Simmer for 3-4 hours.
  8. Add corn, ham, cheese soup and cheese whiz.
  9. Heat through.
  10. ***Corn and ham can be adjusted to taste.
  11. These do not need to be exact amounts***.
