Kale Summer Salad Recipe Jagster
- five cups chopped kale
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta chees
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- salt and pepper to taste

- Wash and chop kale leaves into bit size pieces.
- Use salad spinner to dry.
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss dressing with kale
- Add cherries, pine nuts, and feta and toss until mixed
