Cranberry Herb Sauce

  1. Cook and stir onions and garlic in oil in large saucepan over medium heat until onions are softened.
  2. Add cranberries, water, wine, honey, bouillion,thyne, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary and red pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 1 hour or untill mixture reduces by half, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove and discard bay leaves.
  6. Pruee sauce in blender or food procceser,Hand blender works great.
  7. (the sauce will be the consistency of thick gravy.)
  8. Serve with Poultry, Lamb, pork,Great over sweet potatoes or dressing.
