Sparkling Thai Lemonade

  1. For each serving: Muddle 3 gingerroot slices in cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 5 oz.
  3. CRYSTAL LIGHT, 1 oz.
  4. lemon juice, 3/4 tsp.
  5. yuzu juice, 1 of the mint sprigs and 1 cup ice cubes; cover with lid.
  6. Shake until blended.
  7. Strain and pour over additional ice in glass.
  8. Add 3 oz.
  9. club soda.
  10. Garnish with remaining mint sprig and a lemon slice.
