Tomato Soup

  1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil in a large pot.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except milk.
  3. Cook 20-30 min if using canned tomatoes.
  4. For fresh tomatoes cook 30-60 minutes.
  5. Add milk.
  6. Puree with hand blender.
