Easy Orange Macaroons
- 3 whole Oranges, Peeled And Seeds Removed
- 2 cups Grated Or Shredded Fresh Coconut
- 3 whole Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a muffin pan with liners or grease with oil.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- With an ice cream scoop, spoon the batter into the muffin tray and bake for 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- The top of the macaroons should be golden brown.
- Let cool for few minutes and serve.
