Very Healthy Salmon Cakes/Patties

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. If the mixture is too soft, add more oats.
  3. If the mixture is too dry add another egg white.
  4. Shape into cakes.
  5. Spray non-stick frying pan and cook until golden on each side.
  6. These are delicious hot or cold.
