Chicken Or Fish Batter Recipe

• 1 pkg. biscuit mix
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
• 1/2 c. cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. Mix all ingredients together till thin and smooth.
2. Then, dip chicken or possibly fish, drop in deep fryer till done.
