Cranberry-Ginger Chutney

  1. Combine all ingredients in heavy medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  3. Increase heat to high and boil 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer to bowl.
  5. Cool.
  6. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead.
  7. Refrigerate in airtight container.)
