Fresh Herb Salad

  1. Combine all of the herbs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Toss the herbs lightly in the oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immedietly.

fresh purslane, chervil sprigs, lovage leaves, tarragon, viola flowers, basil, chives, drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper
