Chocolate Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Butter and flour 2 8"x4" loaf pans.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat in 2 quart saucepan, stirring occasionally, 4-6 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, zucchini, eggs and vanilla until well mixed.
  5. Combine all remaining bread ingredients in large bowl.
  6. Stir zucchini mixture into flour mixture until just moistened.
  7. Spoon batter into loaf pans.
  8. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
  10. Cool completely on wire racks.
  11. Meanwhile, stir together all glaze ingredients in small bowl.
  12. Drizzle over cooled bread.
