Chargin' Chicken Drumsticks
- 12 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons pepper sauce, Tabasco
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 16 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing, bottled
- Preheat broiler.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; stir in Tabasco Sauce, ketchup and salt.
- Place chicken drumsticks on rack in broiling pan; brush with Tabasco Sauce mixture.
- Broil chicken drumsticks 7 to 9 inches from heat source for 10 minutes.
- Turn and brush with remaining Tabasco Sauce mixture.
- Broil 10 to 15 minutes longer or until drumsticks are browned and tender.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing.
