Chocolate-Cherry Gelatin Dessert

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Microwave 6 oz.
  4. chocolate and evaporated milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min.
  5. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1-1/2 min.
  6. Add to gelatin; beat with mixer until blended.
  7. Pour into 8-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Meanwhile, melt remaining chocolate as directed on package.
  10. Dip cherries in chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  11. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  12. Unmold dessert onto plate.
  13. Serve topped with COOL WHIP and cherries.
