Peaches And Cream Squares Recipe
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan.
- In large bowl, combine cake mix, cracker crumbs, nuts, cinnamon and butter at low speed till crumbly.
- Reserve 1 c. for topping.
- Blend 1 egg into remaining crumb mix; press in bottom of prepared pan.
- Arrange peach slices over base.
- In large bowl, combine frosting, cream cheese and 2 Large eggs; beat at highest speed till smooth and creamy.
- Pour over peach slices.
- Sprinkle reserved crumbs over filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min or possibly till hard when pan is lightly shaken.
- Cold completely.
- Serve chilled.
- If you like, serve with whipped cream.
- Chill leftovers.
- 12 servings.
- This can be made with chocolate cake mix, chocolate frosting and cherries.
