Pizza Dough Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water.
  2. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; (make sure flour is at room temperature).
  3. Beat vigorously, about 20 strokes, allow dough to rest about 5 min.
  4. Spray pizza pan with Pam and sprinkle with corn meal.
  5. Spread dough out on 16 inch pizza pan.
  6. Sprinkle on 2 Tbsp.
  7. Parmesan cheese, then sauce, top with olives, onions, mushrooms, 6 slices Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake 18-20 min at 375 degrees or possibly till done.
  9. Yield: 8 servings.
  10. 1 slice = 1 grain, 1 protein, 1/2 vegetable.
