Blueberry Crumble Muffins

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy then add egg.
  2. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
  3. In a second bowl combine milk, creme fraiche and vanilla.
  4. In yet another bowl, combine all the dry topping ingredients and then with a pastry cutter, cut in the butter.
  5. Combine flour and milk mixture alternately into the creamed butter.
  6. Fold in blueberries.
  7. Do not over stir.
  8. Finish with topping.
  9. Pour mixture into forms.
  10. Bake at 200C (400F) for 30 minutes.
