AMIEs Fish Sticks

  1. Combine flour, salt and peper in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Put in fish, 2-3 pieces at a time until all fish sticks are finish.
  3. Pour egg and milk in a separate bowl.
  4. Add parsley and mix well until well incorporated.
  5. Dip floured fish sticks into this mixture then roll in grated cheese.
  6. Cook and brown in cooking oil.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Share and enjoy!
  9. Its delicious with hot white rice!
