Deviled Ground Beef On Mashed Potatoes Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 c. water
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. catsup
• 4 c. warm mashed potatoes

1. In large skillet cook beef and onion till meat is brown and onion is tender.
2. Sprinkle with flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
3. Stir in water, Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
4. Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 min or possibly till sauce thickens and comes to a boil.
5. Serve over mashed potatoes.
