Veggie Pizza
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Crescent Roll
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Dry Ranch Dressing Salad Mix
- 4 cups Mix Of Broccoli, Shredded Carrots, Chopped Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Chopped Cucumber
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out the crescent roll to make a large rectangle; make sure there are not any gaps in the seams.
- Bake the pizza crust for about 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- While its baking, mix the cream cheese and dry ranch dressing together; set aside.
- You can use the pre-cut veggies or chop up the veggies.
- Let the pizza crust cool.
- Once cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust and then put the veggies on top.
- Cut into 12 squares.
- Store in the fridge if not serving right away.
- Enjoy.
- This can be easily doubled to use a full sheet cake pan to bake the crust.
- You can also cut the squares into triangles.
