Guacamous

  1. In small bowl, in order given mash all ingredients together with a fork.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Season to taste before serving.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a dash of dried chili powder on top if desired.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, pita crisps, french bread, cut up veggies, etc.
