Authentic Chinese at Home: Dan Dan Noodles
- 100 grams Pork mince
- 2 leaves Bok choy
- 1 serving Chinese noodles
- 300 ml Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Salt, pepper
- 5 cm worth Japanese leek (finely chopped)
- 5 grams Zha cai - Sichuan pickled vegetable (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp each White sesame paste soy sauce
- 1 tsp each Hot sesame oil sesame oil vinegar
- Put all additional ingredients into a serving bowl.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the minced meat.
- When it's browned, season with salt and pepper.
- Add boiled soup into the frying pan.
- Arrange the cooked noodles, the meat from step 2, bok choy (boiled for 1 minute) into the serving bowl, and enjoy.
