Authentic Chinese at Home: Dan Dan Noodles

  1. Put all additional ingredients into a serving bowl.
  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the minced meat.
  3. When it's browned, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add boiled soup into the frying pan.
  5. Arrange the cooked noodles, the meat from step 2, bok choy (boiled for 1 minute) into the serving bowl, and enjoy.
