Simple Squash and Zucchini

• 34 lb yellow squash, 2 large sliced 1/2-inch slices
• 12 lb zucchini, 1 large sliced 1/2-inch slices
• 12 cup low sodium chicken broth
• 12 teaspoon season salt
• 14 teaspoon Nu-salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper

1. Place all ingredients in a stock pot and cover.
2. Cook on medium until complete and serve.
