Cabbage, Potato and Sausage Soup

  1. In Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except mashed potato flakes; mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium.
  3. high heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to medium low; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until cabbage is almost tender.
  5. Remove Dutch oven from heat.
  6. Stir in mashed potato flakes.
