Sheer Khurma
- 17 Kraft Caramels
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1 can (370 mL) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup Back to Nature Trail Mix - Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries and Pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup sevian (short-cut thin vermicelli), uncooked
- 1/4 tsp. saffron threads
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- Cook and stir first 3 ingredients in large saucepan on high heat 10 min.
- or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended.
- Add next 3 ingredients; stir.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
- or until sevian is tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cardamom.
- Serve warm.
