Sheer Khurma

  1. Cook and stir first 3 ingredients in large saucepan on high heat 10 min.
  2. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended.
  3. Add next 3 ingredients; stir.
  4. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  5. or until sevian is tender.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in cardamom.
  8. Serve warm.
