Orange Tapioca Salad

  1. In saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and whisk into boiling water, stirring constantly.
  3. Return to boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  5. Fold in vanilla, oranges, pineapple, and whipped topping.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more until set.
  8. Serve.
