Deep Dish Breakfast Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray 9-inch pie pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add onions.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until onions are deep golden brown.
  5. Pat or roll pizza crust into 11-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
  6. Place into prepared pie pan.
  7. Fold under excess dough; pinch edges.
  8. Place half of cheese along bottom of crust.
  9. Layer cooked onions, spinach, bacon and red pepper over bottom of crust.
  10. Combine eggs, half & half and pepper in small bowl; mix well.
  11. Pour egg mixture over spinach.
  12. Top with remaining cheese pieces.
  13. Bake 35-45 minutes or until eggs are set 2 inches from edges.
  14. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
