Ramps and Mushrooms Butter Stir-fry
- 3 bunches Ramps (or alpine leek)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 same amount as ramps Mushrooms (King oyster mushrooms, shimeji, maitake, etc.)
- Prepare the ramps.
- Seefor details.
- Break or chop the mushrooms into easy-to-eat portions.
- Put a small amount of butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the mushrooms.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Season it quite generously.
- When the mushrooms are cooked through, add the ramps.
- When wilted, add the rest of the butter and mix so the flavors meld and settle in.
- Season with salt and pepper to finish.
