Ramps and Mushrooms Butter Stir-fry

  1. Prepare the ramps.
  2. Seefor details.
  3. Break or chop the mushrooms into easy-to-eat portions.
  4. Put a small amount of butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the mushrooms.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Season it quite generously.
  7. When the mushrooms are cooked through, add the ramps.
  8. When wilted, add the rest of the butter and mix so the flavors meld and settle in.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
