Sebago Pudding

  1. Sift dry ingredients together; add raisins.
  2. Combine egg, milk and molasses.
  3. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour into a greased pudding mold, the bottom of which has been lined with waxed paper.
  5. Cover tightly and steam for two hours.
