White Pineapple Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Whisk flour, bk.
  3. Pwdr, salt together.
  4. In another bowl best eggs and sugar until light and fluffy (bout 2 min)..
  5. While beating, add butter and vanilla.
  6. While mixing slowly, add half of dry ingredients, then all the milk, followed by the rest of dry ingredients.
  7. Add (drained-save juice) crushed pineapple and stir in.
  8. take care not to over mix.
  9. Fill cupcake pan with liners or pan spray.
  10. Fill 1/2 -3/4 of the way full.
  11. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins untill tooth pick comes out clean.
  12. Look for pineapple buttercream frosting!
